This policy explains what personal data igorlazier.com.br collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Igor Lazier, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For any privacy or personal data matter, write to contato@igorlazier.com.br.

2. What we collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email and message. Used only to reply to you (concerts, workshops, press and other enquiries). Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
  • Store purchases: name, email, billing details and order history. Used to process the purchase, deliver the sheet music download, send order emails and meet legal and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract and legal obligation.
  • Payments: processed by Mercado Pago. Card and Pix details are entered directly in Mercado Pago’s environment and are not stored on this website. We only receive the payment confirmation.
  • Visit statistics (Google Analytics): pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location, in aggregate. These cookies are only enabled if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. Legal basis: consent.
  • Technical data: the server logs basic access information (such as IP address and browser) for security and for the site to work.

3. Cookies

  • Essential: required for the cart, checkout and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics): optional, enabled only with your consent.
  • Embedded content: YouTube videos, Spotify players and Google Drive files shown on the site may set their own cookies, under each service’s policy.

You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences or by clearing your browser’s cookies.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the services the site needs to work:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and email delivery;
  • Mercado Pago — payment processing;
  • Google — visit statistics (only with consent);
  • public authorities, when legally required.

Some of these services may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact messages: for as long as needed to reply and keep the conversation history.
  • Store orders: for the period required by tax and consumer protection law (generally 5 years).
  • Google Analytics data: according to the account’s retention settings, in aggregate.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymisation or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. Just write to contato@igorlazier.com.br. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS), and sheet music files are kept in a protected area, released only to buyers. No system is entirely immune to failure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
